We no longer take strolling the waterfront and stopping in for ice cream for granted. This was a major outing for our family and it was so fun. The treats at Carter’s, in downtown Port Orchard, were perfect for a final summer weekend. We celebrated Back-to-School with milkshakes and ice cream cones. I had the Bailey’s & Coffee…YUMMMMM!
